1. How do we enroll?
The best way to book a lesson is to go on TRAINING page on top, Click Registration and sign up as a new client.  If you are using our service you must enter a credit card, we will not take anything from your credit card unless you want to pay that way.  From here you can book all lessons, check availability 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week in Real time.  You could email us at goalie@creasetraining.com or call 416-919-7842.

2. Whom do you teach?
We teach both females and males of all skill levels, from house league (5+ years) and up. We also offer adult classes.

3. What is the most popular program?
Our most popular program is our 2 on 2 lessons.   These lessons are a little more cost efficient and are basically a private lesson.  In these lessons you will have 2 instructors or 1 head instructor with a junior shooter.

4. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Due to increased number of appointments, we feel we must inform you of our new policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.   All cancellations of booked appointments must be received 24 hours before the scheduled training sessions. Failure to notify us will result in a full charge of the session you booked or will take that session of your training package, if we can find a replacement within 24 hours you will only be charged a $40 CANCELLATION FEE.  You fee will be taking of your credit card and you will be emailed a receipt.

5. Do you have a late Appointment policy?
We have experienced too many clients arriving late for their appointments, which makes the scheduling of our instructors difficult. We will try to be accommodating as much as possible, however, on heavily scheduled appointment days, you may only be allowed to train during your scheduled time. Example: Your scheduled time is from 2:00 - 3:00, however you are not ready until 2:20, you would receive 40 minutes of on-ice instruction. Consequently you would be charged for a complete training session.

6. Do you have a No Show policy?
We understand that your schedules can get to be a bit hectic; however you must understand that our time slots are in high demand. If you fail to show up for your scheduled time slot, it will be treated like a cancelled appointment.

7. Do you offer Power skating?
Yes, power skating or goalie specific movement can be done in the training centre instead of shots. Just let us know your needs and will try to help you out!

8. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, the more lessons that you prepay the higher the discount.

9. How often should I train?
We recommend training once a week but some individuals can handle twice a week. A camp will also help improve on the things we can’t work on at the training centre.

10. Do you have your own dressing room?
Yes, we have our own dressing room with carpeted floors, stalls, and TV and hockey merchandise located at Canlan Ice Sports Etobicoke.

11. Do you have to use all of your lessons in a row if you buy a package?
No, if you buy a 10-lesson package, you have 10 lessons. You have 1 year to use them and you can train any time you wish as long as we have room

12. Do you have any deals with hockey companies?
Yes, Goalie Heaven is our major sponsor. They have a wide variety of goaltending equipment both higher and lower quality for everyone’s budget. They also repair gear.

13. I bought a package for $900 but I can’t seem to get in on private classes, therefore, can I come to 2 on 2 classes?
Yes. If you come to a 2 on 2 classes, we will just deduct the amount of money that it is worth.

14. I don’t want my goaltender doing a camp this summer as I prefer private classes. Do you offer private classes in the summer?
Yes, for those of you who don’t’ want to attend a camp, we only offer private classes in the evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

15. I want to train with The Crease but I live too far, is there any other way we can train?
Yes, we can always come to your practice or rent ice at a different location.
