MAIN ICE CAMP — (GOALIES BORN FROM 1990 TO 1997)
Ice Sports Etobicoke — 10:00am to 4:00pm
CAMP DATES: August 2 to 6, 2010
CAMP COST: 3 to 1 ratio $650 2 to 1 ratio $850
This camp is for goalies born 1990 to 1997. You will be on the regular ice surface at Ice Sports Etobicoke for 3-hours where one hour is dedicated to stretching and teaching goalie specific skating and demos and the other two hours are drills. Students then get an hour lunch, an hour of video/classroom and then an 1.5 of off-ice conditioning with Dryland. Each goalie will also get a jersey and a DVD of strength and weaknesses that you keep at the end of week.
